HOME BUTTON/ASSISTIVE TOUCH - Before inserting the phone into the armband, enable AssistiveTouch through Settings:
Settings - General - Accessibility - AssistiveTouch - slide to ON
Position the black square/white dot icon along any edge of your screen
To use: Raise the phone to wake or press the unlock button on the top right of the phone
Tap the AssistiveTouch icon for menu
Tap the Home Button to enter your passcode and unlock the screen
