1. ALIGN THE CASE WELL with wireless charging base. Place the side of charging base with specifications and cushion ring down and the side with nunet logo up. Put the center of the nucase right above the charging base and make sure the blue light indicator is on when charging.
2. PRESS THE POWER BUTTON ON to charge your phone. When the nucase is in wireless charging or charged by the microUSB charging cable, it will charge the iphone first then charge the nucase. The LED light will be OFFwhen the current bypasses the case and is charging the iphone. That is NORMAL. The LED will be ON when it charges your iphone in full and begins to charge the case.
3. The lightning plug cable is flexible. It is recommended to keep the lightning cable of the nucase CONNECTED to the iphone.
4. Please keep the lightning head clean. If your phone shows the charging accessory is not compatible then a cleaning of the 8-pin charging head with an alcohol pad will normally fix the issue.
