Generally, this is due to an improper Bluetooth pairing between your device and the headphones. Press and hold the power button for five seconds. Once the indicator is flashing red and green, re-establish the Bluetooth connection with your device. Headphones are not charging. Restore the headphones to the factory settings and disconnect Bluetooth pairing. Press and hold the power button for three seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue. This indicates that the headphones have been reset to factory settings and then re-connect to a USB power supply for charging. |
