The device automatically recharges all iPods with a 30-pin dock connector, so you don't need to worry about the battery level running down. In addition, the iStation7 functions as an external speaker system for other audio devices, such as older iPods, the iPod shuffle, MP3 players, MiniDisc players, personal CD players, or even PC and Mac laptops. Just plug the included stereo line-in cable to the iStation3's auxiliary input and you can amplify any device with a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
