Q: Does this unit work on my car?
A: Please help to double check the compatible list and your head unit part number.

Q: Item does not work.
A: The item might be not installed properly. Please turn off the car ignition and unplug the power data cable from the head unit for 1-2 minutes then reinstall the adapter. Required connect the black wire to the ground, please hook it to a screw at the back of the head unit. And this item will only work in CD mode.

Q: The item has ground loop issue.
A: This might be caused when the audio source and the speaker use the same power source. Free contact for help.

Q: Volume is too low / Can not hear any sound.
A: Long press the next button on the remote control box to volume up the adapter input volume and check the Bluetooth volume level on your phone.
