Attention Please:
1. The Fast Charge feature is compatible with ONLY Note 5 and S6 edge+,S7 and S7 Edge models.
2. Please must use QC 2.0/QC 3.0 Adaptive Fast Charger or Samsung original fast charger. And please use the cable that come with our product or Samsung original cable.
3. To enable the wireless charging correctly. We don't recommend the phone cases which the thickness is more than 2mm.
4. Please take off the phone case if you have a metal phone case or your case has a metallic coating.
5. Make sure that your device is compatible with wireless charging function. You can email us to confirm whether your devices have wireless charging capability built-in.
6. It's normal that your phone may get hot during the fast charging process, and has not caused any problems for your device.
7. It charges faster than the standard wireless charger, but not as fast as the wall charger that came with the phone.
8. You have to make sure that your phone is in the "sweet" spot to work. Different phone models have different "sweet" spot.
