Will the magnet effect my phone?

NO. Manufacturers have been using magnets in phones and tablets for years. Our specially designed rare earth magnets are proven safe for all smartphones and tablets. In a product overview from MacWorld they said "magnet based accessories are safe to use on iPads and pose no threat of scrambling interior electronics.” Our magnets will not harm your credit cards either. Magnets will only affect spinning hard drives found in old laptop and desktop computers. With the magnet installed it may also affect wireless charging and electronic stylus operation. The magnet also may affect a hotel key but then again what doesn't? Bottom line, our magnets are safe but don’t set your phone on your old computer or your hotel key.

I saw some reviews that said the plastic cracks, is that true?

Our earliest cases (pre-release of iPhone 6) had a small manufacturing issue that caused the upper corner near the camera to crack. We immediately fixed the issue and sent a new case to every customer who experienced the problem. If you ever have a problem with a Rokform product our 5-star customer service team is around to help.

Does this case come with a safety lanyard?

Yes. The safety lanyard is included. Used by men and women the safety lanyard is great for travel, taking photos and easily finding your phone in your purse or wallet.

What colors does in come in?

We have several colors to choose from, Black, Gun Metal, Orange, Red and White with Grey.

How easily is the case removed?

Very easy. Our Rugged case designed for everyday protective use and convenience. Removal and installation is easily done within seconds.

What is the purpose of the magnet?

The magnet is powerful enough to be used for a variety of things. Some of our favorites are to stick it to a fridge, tool box, corner bead of a wall for family photos, side of your car when loading groceries, golf cart when using GPS or our included magnetic car mount holder and much more. Many of our customers are in the industrial and law enforcement fields and us them on a forklift, industrial racks, police car, fire truck, navy ships and more. Does the magnet affect the phone signal?

No. The magnet has not effect on the phone signal, GPS, Bluetooth or Wifi.

Does this case work with a glass screen protector?

Yes. You can use a Rokform RokGlass screen protector or most others. We have not found one yet that does not work with our case.

Does this case work for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s?

Yes. It works with both the iPhone 6 and 6s to exact specifications and is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.

What are the 2 inserts that come with the case?

We include two removable inserts. One insert includes our twist lock and magnet and the other is just for a magnet. Customers who use the twist lock insert are usually using one of our other accessories like our bike mount or sport clip in addition to magnetic mounting. Customers that use the magnet only insert are able to use all of the magnetic uses like our car mount but don’t need to use our twist lock mounted accessories.

Is the inside hard plastic or soft and what are the corners made of? ?

The interior of the case is made from durable from TPU rubber that is semi soft and won’t scratch or harm your phone. The corners are made from the same material and offer excellent shock and drop protection.
